On April 30, 2007, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace hosted a event entitled “Ukraine: Current Developments and Foreign Policy Priorities” with H.E. Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Ambassador James F. Collins, director of Carnegie's Russia and Eurasia Program, chaired the session.
The Carnegie Russia and Eurasia Program has, since the end of the Cold War, led the field of Eurasian security, including strategic nuclear weapons and nonproliferation, development, economic and social issues, governance, and the rule of law.
