The nonproliferation community’s largest and most authoritative nongovernmental conference will take place this year on November 7-8 at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center, in Washington, DC.  Over seventy speakers from among the world’s top experts, policy makers, and journalists will lead discussions marking the anniversary of the first official nonproliferation proposal 60 years ago this November. 
 
Mohamed ElBaradei, Director General of the IAEA and winner of the 2005 Nobel Peace Prize, will give a keynote address Monday at 9 AM.  Secretary of Energy Samuel Bodman will deliver a major nonproliferation address at 10:50 AM Monday.
