What is the 2013 Carnegie International Nuclear Policy Conference?
The conference is the premier event in the nuclear policy field. As in previous years, it will bring together over 800 experts and officials from more than 45 countries and international organizations to discuss emerging trends in nuclear nonproliferation, strategic stability, deterrence, disarmament, and nuclear energy.
Where and when will the 2013 Conference be held?
The 2013 Carnegie International Nuclear Policy Conference will be held on Monday, April 8 and Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center; 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004.
How can I register to attend?
Online registration for the2013 Carnegie International Nuclear Policy Conference is available as of Tuesday, October 23, 2012. We are offering a discounted early registration rate between October 23, 2012 and January, 31, 2013. Regular registration will run from February 1, 2013 to March 25, 2013.
Online registration will close on Monday, March 25, 2013, after which point, those interested in attending will have the option to register on-site at an additional cost. Please see the registration pricing table for details.
Is there a bulk registration rate?
Any organization sending five or more participants to the conference qualifies for a 33 percent discount on the entire cost of registration. Please contact email@example.com for details.
A bulk registration discount has been factored into the rates for attendees from U.S. Congress, Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration, and U.S. National Laboratories due to the number of participants from these agencies.

How do I get to the conference?
The Ronald Reagan Building can be accessed by car, bus, or metro. More information on parking and public transportation options can be found on the Ronald Reagan Building website.
Conference attendees should enter through the Pennsylvania Avenue entrance closest to Aria Restaurant, in Woodrow Wilson Plaza.
What documentation will I need to bring with me the day of the conference?
A government issued ID (or a passport for non-U.S. participants) is required for admittance to the Ronald Reagan Building. Conference attendees should bring their printed registration confirmation to facilitate check-in. At check-in you will be issued a conference badge that will be required for admittance to the meeting and dining rooms and receptions.
Is the registration fee refundable if I find that I can no longer attend the conference?
All cancellation requests must be received by email no later than Monday, March 18, 2013 to receive a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be subtracted from the refund.
