Registration deadlines to consider:

Early Bird Registration: October 5, 2016 – January 17, 2017  

Online Registration: January 18, 2017- March 6, 2017

On-Site Registration: March 20, 2017 & March 21, 2017

Online registration is now closed. Those interested in attending can contact or have the option to register on-site at an additional cost. 

Any organization sending ten (10) or more participants to the conference qualifies for a 20 percent discount on the entire cost of registration. Please email to receive a group registration discount code.

Accepted forms of payment for registration:

Online registrants may pay by credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover) or by check.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

All cancellation requests must be received by email no later than Monday, March 6, 2017 to receive a refund. An administrative fee of $25 will be subtracted from the refund.
