Allison Gelman (assistant editor) is the research assistant and program coordinator for the Geoeconomics and Strategy Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.

David Gordon is a senior adviser for the Geoeconomics, Geopolitics, and Strategy Program at the International Institute for Strategic Studies. He previously served as director of policy planning under former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice and as vice chairman of the National Intelligence Council under former president George W. Bush.

Jennifer Harris is a senior fellow at the Hewlett Foundation. She previously served on the policy planning staff under former secretary of state Hillary Clinton and on the National Intelligence Council under former president George W. Bush, covering economic statecraft. She co-authored War by Other Means: Geoeconomics and Statecraft.

Lieutenant General (Retired) Douglas Lute is a distinguished chair at West Point, president of Cambridge Global Advisors, and senior fellow at Harvard’s Belfer Center. He formerly served as the U.S. ambassador to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, deputy national security adviser for Iraq and Afghanistan, and director of operations (J3) on the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Jill O’Donnell is the director of the Clayton Yeutter Institute of International Trade and Finance at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She is also a professor of practice at the university.

Daniel M. Price is the managing director at Rock Creek Global Advisors. He previously served in former president George W. Bush’s administration as the senior White House official responsible for international trade, investment, development, energy security, and climate change.

David Rosenbaum is the associate director of the Bureau of Business Research and a professor of economics at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

Christopher Smart is chief global strategist at Barings and head of Barings Investment Institute. He formerly served as special assistant to former president Barack Obama for international economics and as deputy assistant treasury secretary (leading a response to the European financial crisis).

Jake Sullivan is a nonresident senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and co-chair of National Security Action. He formerly served as national security adviser to former vice president Joseph Biden, director of policy planning under former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, and chief counsel to U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar.

Ashley J. Tellis is the Tata Chair for Strategic Affairs and a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He previously served as special assistant to former president George W. Bush and senior director for strategic planning and Southwest Asia at the National Security Council.

Eric Thompson is the Karl H. Nelson professor of economics and the director of the Bureau of Business Research at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

Janell C. Walther is a senior research manager at the University of Nebraska Public Policy Center. She is also a lecturer at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Tom Wyler is the senior vice president for global strategy at PSP Capital. He formerly served as counselor and senior adviser for international economics under former secretary of commerce Penny Pritzker and was responsible for managing the Department of Commerce’s global economics team.
