C. V. Madhukar is the chief executive officer of Co-Develop, a global not-for-profit fund that helps countries build inclusive, safe, and equitable DPIs. Previously, he was the managing director of the Omidyar Network, where he built out the firm’s work on digital identity and digital public infrastructure. He founded PRS Legislative Research, a respected nonpartisan research initiative that supports legislators across party lines in India, and served as its director for more than seven years.
