Chow is an international energy expert with more than 40 years of industry experience working in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Europe, Russia, and the Black Sea and Caspian regions. He is a senior associate at the U.S. Center for Strategic and International Studies and affiliate faculty at George Mason University.
