Ten years after the entering into force of the EU’s Lisbon Treaty, the Carnegie Europe Program’s “European Foreign Policy in a New Transatlantic Context” project will assess the evolution and current state of EU foreign policy. It will also provide insight and analysis into the EU’s handling of the most pressing foreign policy challenges. The project will generate an edited volume and a series of public events, workshops, and shorter publications in collaboration with four U.S. academic partner institutions.
The project is co-led by Federiga Bindi and Erik Brattberg and is supported by an EU Commission Erasmus + Jean Monnet Project grant.
