国际能源机构报告发布：重绘能源气候地图

国际能源机构(IEA)认为，国际社会必须对全球平均气温升高进行限制，不得超过2摄氏度，以避免出现潜在的灾难性气候变化。但整个世界距离这一目标的达成相差甚远；有人指出，现有迹象表明此事不容乐观，该议题在政治议程中的排名已经下滑。

卡内基能源与气候项目在华盛顿特区主办了国际能源机构《世界能源展望》专题报告“重绘能源气候地图”的发布活动，竭力使气候变化重新成为公众关注焦点。该报告概述了能源行业在不产生任何经济成本的情况下可以迅速有效实施的四项具体措施。
