继上个月在东京举行外长加防长历史性会议之后，美日正在考虑对其安全合作框架进行大幅度调整。一个由日方学者和记者组成的专门小组将介绍其对如何发展安倍政府之下的美日同盟的看法。美方专家也将提出他们想法。詹姆斯•肖夫将主持会议。此次会议由日本国际关系论坛和防卫大学国家战略研究学院共同主办。
