يتشرّف مركز مالكوم كير– كارنيغي للشرق الأوسط بدعوتكم إلى مؤتمره السنوي الرابع الذي يحمل عنوان "توجّه عالمي جديد؟ آفاق العام 2021"، ويُعقد يومَي الثلاثاء والأربعاء 15 و16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2020 مباشرةً على يوتيوب. يتألف المؤتمر من ست جلسات افتراضية تلقي نظرة استشرافية على العام 2021، وتسلّط الضوء على أبرز التحديات التي تواجهها منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا في معرض تفاعلها مع القوى الخارجية. سيشارك في الجلسات باحثون من مراكز كارنيغي في بيروت وبيجينغ وبروكسل وموسكو وواشنطن، إضافةً إلى خبراء من خارج كارنيغي، لتوفير وجهات نظر متعدّدة الجوانب حول قضايا المنطقة. يُجرى هذا المؤتمر باللغة الإنكليزية.
