Arab Transitions in Crisis
Sun, September 29th, 2013
Amman
The Arab transitions initiative held to a conference in Amman that tackled the specific challenges facing Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, and Yemen. The conference agenda tackled the end of transition in Egypt and the effects of the fall of Morsi’s regime, the elements of progress and regression in Tunisia, the national security challenges facing Libya, and the Yemeni transition amidst declining security and national disintegration. The conference ended with a session dedicated to assessing the Arab transitions as a whole from a regional and global perspective.
