U.S.-Russia Dialogue on Full Scope Strategic Stability

The Carnegie Moscow Center hosted a forum on November 9th discussing the impact of technological challenges on strategic stability in an annual conference between the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) and U.S. National Academy of Sciences (NAS). Academics from both countries discussed in English and Russian their thoughts on what the necessary steps need to be made bilaterally to address these technological issues.

Raymond Jeanloz is a professor at University of California, Berkeley and Chair of NAS Committee on International Security and Arms Control.

Steven Fetter is a professor at the University of Maryland

Sergey Oznobishchev is a head of the Military-Political Analysis Sector at IMEMO and professor at MGIMO.

Ambassador Linton Brooks is a chair of NAS Strategic Stability Dialogue.

Major General (retired) Vladimir Dvorkin is a chair of RAS Strategic Stability Dialogue.
