James Acton participated in a Reddit ‘Ask Me Anything’ to discuss nuclear issues at large, including subjects like deterrence and disarmament. Acton also discussed more in-depth issues such as hypersonic weapons and Japan’s nuclear program following the Fukushima disaster.
