March 3—The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is pleased to announce that videos from its events available on the Carnegie website www.CarnegieEndowment.org will also be available for viewing on the FORA.tv web site www.fora.tv.
FORA.tv is a leading provider of online video content focused on discourse, discussions and debates surrounding the world's most compelling political, social and cultural issues. “Last February, the Carnegie Endowment undertook a fundamental re-definition of its role and mission to pioneer the first global think tank, adding operations in China, the Middle East, and Europe to its existing offices in the United States and Russia. The rationale for the change—Carnegie’s New Vision—is that a think tank whose mission is to contribute to global security, stability, and prosperity requires a permanent international presence and a multinational outlook at the core of its operations,” said Carnegie Vice President for Communications Peter Reid. “On the one year anniversary of our New Vision, our partnership with FORA.tv will enhance the communication of our new mission. FORA’s delivery of events and discussions from around the world are complimentary to Carnegie’s New Vision.”
