Notice is hereby given that the 10th (Tenth) Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the members of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace India (“Company”), will be held at a shorter notice on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 6.30 PM (IST) through video conferencing (“VC”) and /or other audio-visual means (“OAVM”) at 6.30 PM (IST) to transact the business as set out herein under. The venue of the meeting shall be deemed to be at the registered office of the Company at Unit C-5 & C- 6, the Edenpark Hotel, Shaheed Jeet Singh Marg, New Delhi, 110016.
ORDINARY BUSINESS
1. To receive, consider, approve and adopt the audited balance sheet as on March 31, 2023, statement of income & expenditure and the cash flow statement for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023, along with the schedules and notes appended thereto and the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon by-passing following resolution as Ordinary Resolution:
“RESOLVED THAT the audited balance sheet as on March 31, 2023, statement of income & expenditure and the cash flow statement for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023, along with the schedules and notes appended thereto and the report of the Directors and Auditors thereon be and are hereby adopted.”
