A continent with an identity crisis, economies with crises of confidence, and one nation looming large over the fortunes of its neighbors—Europe stands between extended integration and enforced disintegration.

Carnegie Europe's Judy Dempsey joined other experts from across Europe for a live discussion on the future of the EU and Germany’s role within it. The discussion was moderated by Al Jazeera's Marwan Bishara.
