Discussing China’s foreign trade, CCTV America’s Rachelle Akuffo spoke to Yukon Huang, senior associate in the Carnegie Asia Program, about recent trends in the Chinese economy. Season cycles can obfuscate the usefulness of trade data, but Huang explained that a deeper examination shows the continuing strength of the Chinese economy.
