• Husain Haqqani, visiting scholar, is a journalist, diplomat, and former advisor to Pakistani prime ministers. He comments regularly on India and Pakistan and on the war on terrorism.
• George Perkovich, senior associate, is one of the leading experts on nuclear security in South Asia. He is the author of the award-winning book, India's Nuclear Bomb.
• Joseph Cirincione, senior associate, directs the Carnegie Non-Proliferation Project and is the author of the new book, Deadly Arsenals: Tracking Weapons of Mass Destruction.
