Carnegie Director for Non-Proliferation Joseph Cirincione delivered a speech on "A New Non-Proliferation Strategy" at the International Conference on Nuclear Technology and Sustainable Development at the Center for Strategic Research of the Expediency Council.
The event was sponsored by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in Tehran, Iran.
