Carnegie Europe was on the ground at the NATO summit in Warsaw on July 8–9, giving readers exclusive access to the high-level discussions as they unfolded.

Judy Dempsey, editor in chief of Carnegie’s Strategic Europe blog, offered insights on NATO’s reactions to the various challenges facing the alliance, from the unresolved conflicts in Europe’s Eastern and Southern neighborhoods to the fractious relationship with Russia and the fallout of Britain’s dramatic exit from the European Union.
