Burns, president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and Chandrajit Banerjee, director general of the Confederation of Indian Industry, hosted a private dinner to celebrate U.S.-India relations on the tenth anniversary of the civil nuclear agreement. Remarks were given by the Vice President of the United States, the Honorable Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.
