Kamaal Thomas was a research assistant with the Cyber Policy Initiative at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. His research focuses on critical infrastructure protection, financial stability, and U.S.-China engagement in cyberspace. He is an alumnus of the Carnegie–Tsinghua Center’s Young Ambassadors Program and was a recipient of the Bill & Melinda Gates Millennial Scholarship.
