Vita Spivak

Vita Spivak has not been associated with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace since 19 July 2024.

Vita Spivak was a nonresident scholar at the Carnegie Russia Eurasia Center. She is an expert on China and worked as the 2015-2018 Program Coordinator for the Russia in the Asian Pacific Program at the former-Carnegie Moscow Center.

She holds a BA in Chinese History from Moscow State University, and an MA in Economics from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. She also holds an MSc in Contemporary Chinese Studies from the University of Oxford.
