Speaking on Bloomberg Radio's Bloomberg Surveillance, Carnegie's Jessica Mathews discussed the crisis in Cyprus and what it may mean for the future of the European Union. Turning to U.S. policy, she stated that "leading from behind is a reasonable posture" for U.S. foreign policy.
