Catastrophic Terrorism: An Indications and Warning Methodology to Assess and Forecast Terrorist Acts

The Non-Proliferation Project hosted a workshop to discuss Dr. Sinai's development of a new indications and warning methodology to assess and forecast non-conventional terrorism, and its potential perpetrators. Dr. Sinai will incorporate the workshop's findings into a Working Paper, which will be published by the Carnegie Endowment. The discussion was off the record.
