CAFTA-DR: A Focus on the Regional Impact

The Carnegie Endowment recently hosted two events on the impact of CAFTA-DR on Central America.

The first was a discussion with former President Rodrigo Cardazo Odio of Costa Rica. 

The second event was a discussion with the authors of a recent World Bank report entitled "DR-CAFTA: Challenges and Opportunities for Central America".
