On September 6, 2006, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace China Program hosted a talk with Matthew Szymanski, Chief of Staff, House Small Business Committee and U.S.-China Interparliamentary Exchange, entitled “Engaging the Chinese Legislature: Report from the Field.” Carnegie’s Minxin Pei moderated the discussion.
