Honghua Men is a visiting Kimsey Scholar in the China Program, on leave from China's Central Party School in Beijing.

He became a research fellow at the Institute of International Strategic Studies of China’s Central Party School in July 2001. He also serves as the secretary-general and research fellow of Peking University’s Institute of International Organizations and is a post-doctoral fellow at the Center for Chinese Studies, Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University.

Previously, Men taught English at Peking University and served as a section chief of the Dongying Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, Shandong Province. He has co-authored several books and published numerous articles pertaining to international organizations.
