Talking with CBC Radio’s Carol Off and Jeff Douglas on their program As it Happens, Carnegie Middle East Center scholar Maha Yahya discussed the recent terrorist attack on a Tunisian beach resort that has left 37 people dead. Maha pointed out that it is apparent there are elements looking to destabilize Tunisia despite their ongoing democratic transition.
