The end of September is a hotbed of activities for U.S.-Russia relations -- from the U.S.-Russia Energy Summit in St. Petersburg, Russia, on September 22 and 23, followed by President Putin’s visit to the United Nations in New York on September 25, and concluding with a Camp David Summit between President Bush and President Putin on September 26-27.
