Mira Rapp-Hooper is the Schwarzman Senior Fellow for Asia Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations and Senior Fellow at the Paul Tsai China Center at Yale Law School. She is the author of Shields of the Republic: The Triumph and Peril of America’s Alliances.

Mr. Sanger was the first senior fellow in the Press and National Security at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard. He co-teaches “Central Challenges in American National Security, Strategy and the Press” at the Kennedy School of Government.
