Atul Mishra

Atul Mishra is an associate professor at the Department of International Relations and Governance Studies, Shiv Nadar University, India. His research examines how power and hierarchy, embodied in western colonialism, have shaped modern South Asian international relations, thus contesting the anarchy-oriented theorizing of world politics. He has more ​recently begun working on the emergence of the subcontinent’s modern inter-state system.

Srinath Raghavan

Nonresident Senior Fellow, Security Studies Program

Srinath Raghavan is a nonresident senior fellow at Carnegie India. His primary research focus is on the contemporary and historical aspects of India’s foreign and security policies.
