Turkmenistan's Political Crisis - Inside the Niyazov Regime

Former Foreign Minister Boris Sheikmuradov delivered an address at the Carnegie Endowment outlining his views on the corruption of President Niyazov's regime in Turkmenistan. He spoke on his efforts to form a democratic opposition to bring democratic change to the country.
